i think this is definitely worth a 10
the only thing that bothers me a bit is that the leather parts look very blurry compared to the rest of the painting. so i'd like to to simply see a smoother handling of that. for example if you look at the level of detail on the hair and then the shirt below them, it starts to look kind of awkward. that being said i love the clothes design. absolutely fabulous

Gorgeous detailing and really good skin. Only minor subjective issue for me is the hair in back peeking out the side. Removing it would allow the eye to move upwards more easily.
