Very nice character design

Love the way she's leaning somewhat on her sword.

I think her head is a bit too small and wish there was a bit more to the background

The skin tone is very, very nice as are the colors. Her waist looks too high, or something doesn't look quite right there, but it may be me. Nice picture.

I have never heard of the series of books, but this is one cool character design! Simply love the look, the lines and color tones are really intriguing!
