I don't know what it is, but something about the anatomy looks a bit off.. maybe the skinny legs and muscled arms. Too big a contrast you know.
But besides that I'm loving the character design. She looks so innocent and plain crazy at the same time, also love her banks and super delicate fingers. It's a bummer they don't stand out much because of the black gloves and skirt.
